If you are not yet registered in our booking system and would like to apply for room use, please complete and submit the New User Request Form. We will be in touch within three business days with further details.
Once you are a registered user you can log into the Skedda system to book your rooms. Double click on a vacant time slot for the room of your choice to confirm details.

Like any shared space, there are a few conditions in place to ensure groups using our facilities have a smooth, safe and enjoyable experience. We ask that you please familiarise yourself with our conditions of use and housekeeping video prior to making a booking or registering to use the space.
