Meeting Rooms - Currently Closed

As we are currently in orange within the traffic light system, and taking into account the best interests of our staff and community, our meeting rooms will be closed until further notice.

We would encourage you to hold meetings via video conferencing instead. All updates will be posted to our homepage.

 

These new alert levels are reminder for us all about the need for continued vigilance around hygiene, use of sanitiser and the COVID-19 tracing app.

Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell and get advice from Healthline on 0800 358 5453. Remember, the only people who need to get tested are those who have symptoms of COVID-19.

 

We will look to re-open the rooms once we are in green.  

About

Once we are at a reduced risk from COVID-19, Trust Waikato will ensure these meeting rooms are available in a safe way for organisations with a community focus. The rooms can be used free of charge and are located on the ground floor, at 4 Little London Lane, Hamilton.

On the ground floor is a community kitchen that includes crockery and cutlery, a fridge, oven and dishwasher. Basic tea and coffee is also available. You are welcome to bring in your own catering for your event. You can read these guidelines about how to use the rooms.
