Trust Waikato has meeting rooms available for organisations with a community focus. These can be used free of charge and are located on the ground floor, at 4 Little London Lane, Hamilton.
Bookings during Alert Level 1
The community rooms are open for use under Alert Level 1. If you are not yet registered in our booking system and would like to be considered, please complete and submit this "New user request form".
All bookings will have a 15 minute block between them to
ensure sufficient clean-up time between groups. Please continue to thoroughly wipe down all surfaces at the completion of your meeting, and keep a record of your meeting attendees.
On the ground floor is a community kitchen that includes crockery and cutlery, a fridge, oven and dishwasher. Basic tea and coffee is also available. You are welcome to bring in your own catering for your event.
