Thousands of competitors and an estimated 13,000+ spectators attended the 2018 Te Waananga o Aotearoa Waka Ama Sprint Nationals.
The six days of competition and festivities, involved 3286 competitors and over 140 volunteers.
There were 360 races with a total of 67 clubs taking part. A wide range of ages took part, with the oldest being 78 and the youngest being just 5 years old.
