Raewyn Sporle
Raewyn is the Trust's newest trustee, appointed in November 2010. She has strong ties to the law profession, extending over 30 years. For the past 16 years she has worked in Hamilton as a practising Barrister and Solicitor, specialising in child support and family law. Law interests also include criminal, and employment law.
Raewyn takes an active role in the Hamilton community where she grew up. She is currently a trustee of the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust, former chair of the St Joseph’s Catholic School - Fairfield, and chairperson of Northern Y Ethics Committee.
Residing in Hamilton, Raewyn lives with her two teenage daughters. Travel has always been a passion, and Raewyn has enjoyed visiting many places across the USA and Europe, in particular Greece. Her hobbies include running, cycling and triathlons. She has participated in the New York Marathon, as well as a number of half-marathons. Raewyn is also a fan of the theatre and loves live music.
