Peggy Barriball
Peggy joined the Trust in June 2010. She has a strong background in the rural and farming sector. As a keen dairy farmer, she operates a family farming business in Thames with her husband Keith and their two children, a daughter-in-law and five lovely grandchildren.
Being active in the community is important to Peggy and she has held numerous roles for a variety of not-for-profit organisations. She is currently treasurer of the local branch of the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society, and also involved with the New Zealand Federation of Family Budgeting.
As a result of archiving old records at the local school, Peggy is fostering an interest in local history which she is keen to explore further if she finds herself with time on her hands.
