Judi Muru
Judi Muru is from Huntly where she works as the Executive Officer at Te Wharekura o Rakaumanga, a total immersion Maori language school. She is a passionate rugby league supporter and club member of the Taniwharau Rugby League Club.
At a national level, Judi spent seven years on the New Zealand Women’s Rugby League Board and was a member of the Lottery Regional Community Committee.
Judi and husband Rick have two adult children and five mokopuna which she describes as the lights of her life. Her passion for education, league and family keep Judi’s life well and truly full.
