Trust Waikato has 3 funding rounds per year and one application form for you to fill in.
Application timeframes

Donation made in early May 2010

Note that the advertised closing dates will be strictly adhered to and late applications will not be considered.
Please ensure you attach the correct postage to adequately cover the size and weight of your mailed application. If you are unsure, contact New Zealand Post on 0800 501 501, or visit your local PostShop.
