John Gillespie
John, a chartered accountant, lives in Matamata where he is a Director of his accountancy practice. John has had a long-standing involvement in sports administration, ranging from grass roots participation through to recent directorships on Waikato professional sports franchises. John has also taken a keen interest in education, serving as both member and chairperson of local school boards. For the past 33 years John has served as Treasurer at Save the Children Fund.
